Magalie and I want to let you know how much we appreciate all the work, patience and effort you put into the research of our new home. I myself being in the hospitality industry know what it takes to go above and beyond to meet a guest expectation. 
As we relocated from California and being a native of France the East Coast was a total new adventure for us and I want to say that you really helped us from the day we arrived in the area. From picking us up at the hotel to go and visit some houses; to driving us back on a frozen road.
Your professionalism really impressed us from the time we started looking for a home to the time we went to settlement. You definitely offered us the best service and guidance we could ever expect as we were looking for a new place to live.

My husband and I were referred to Andy Krumholz in the Fall of 2006 by my Aunt who has worked with Andy many times over the years.  We were seeking a real estate agent that was well seasoned in this area, as well as with the ups and downs of the market.  We are fairly new to the real estate world in No. Virginia, and wanted to feel as if we were in good hands rather than in the hands of a novice.  Andy’s experience and knowledge certainly put at ease!  He helped us to feel confident in our search, while keeping our dreams realistic.

We met Andy quite by chance when we made an appointment to see a home he had on the market. From the moment we met Andy, we could tell that his style was quite different than any realtor with whom we had previously worked. He was very knowledgeable about the property, helping to point out the assets and benefits without being forceful or overly persuasive. Since we did not have a realtor, and felt so comfortable with Andy's approach and style, we asked him to represent us in our purchase of the home.
 
Throughout the buying process, there were several hurdles, which is not uncommon in a real estate transaction. Andy's personalized, comforting style and willingness to be our partner every step along the way made all the difference in overcoming those hurdles. Without his perseverance and partnership throughout the process, we may never have gotten into our new home.

As first time home buyers, my fiance and I were initially overwhelmed with all of the information we'd read online and in reference books about buying a home. We were concerned about finding a Realtor that would take the time to really sit down with us and answer all of the questions and concerns we had. After interviewing several real estate agents, we selected Andy to work with.  He was a natural, patient teacher who breaks things into smaller pieces that are easier to understand.

As we worked together with Andy more and more, it became apparent that he truly listened to our wants and concerns and never pushed us into a decision. The homes he showed us included the things that were most important to us in a new home. He even found the house we decided to buy. His demeanor is also warm, friendly, and open. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and looked forward to our meetings.

We wanted to invest in a vacation home, but disliked the thought of long drives each time we wanted to get away. Instead, we decided to move to a home that would have a “vacation feel” to it within the Washington, D.C. Metro area - not an easy mission!

As a first time home buyer I was nervous about taking the plunge into home ownership but you soon made what seemed like a huge undertaking into a very simple step by step process.  Not only did we find a perfect home but I came away from the experience more educated and knowledgeable.  From getting pre-qualified for the mortgage to the day we went to settlement, each member of the team was there for us every step of the way.   You seemed to know exactly what we were looking for in a home and guided us in the process.  I was happy that you were so attentive to our needs and respectfully never showed us any homes out of our price range.
